Epidemiologist (Emerging infectious diseases program)

Scitel Global, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic epidemiologists to support our Emerging Infectious Diseases program. In this role, you will work to collate and analyze multi-sourced databases to describe temporal and geographic trends, drivers, and genetic evolution of emerging infectious diseases including but not limited to Crimean–Congo hemorrhagic fever, Filovirus diseases (Ebola virus disease and Marburg virus disease), Highly pathogenic emerging Coronaviruses relevant to humans (MERS and SARS), Lassa fever, Nipah virus infection, and Rift Valley fever. Epidemiologists will work across the human, animal, and environmental health sectors, as applicable. Positions are remote eligible. Full-time and part-time positions are available. One Health Research Fellows

We are now accepting applications for the 2024 cohort of the One Health Fellows program. This program provides real-world training, technical assistance, and professional development opportunities to junior or mid-level analysts, researchers, policymakers, laboratory scientists, and other stakeholders who are interested in or are currently engaged in AMR, infectious diseases, or biosecurity research or policy efforts. Applicants must be from or currently working in a low- or middle-income country. Fellows will be paired with a mentor to work on specific, short-term projects that enhance the international community’s understanding of these topics or that advance the research and policy agenda in their respective countries. Project Manager (Biomarkers & AMR)

Scitel Global, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and talented Project Manager to oversee a multi-national study that utilizes metabolic and proteomic biomarker discovery platforms to identify biomarkers associated with infectious disease risk and treatment failure due to prevalent drug-resistant pathogens. The Program Manager will lead project coordination across sentinel sites (sub-Saharan Africa and southeast Asia) and will be directly involved in all aspects of the project from protocol development and stakeholder engagement to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
